What's the best way to contact you?
Texting is the quickest way to contact a technician, as we're often outside the office. Virtual quotes & dignostics are available for booking. Contact options here.
How long is your response time?
On the day of your appointment you'll have an open line to our technician. Otherwise, you can typically expect a response within 48 hours. If you haven't heard back in that time, please contact us again.
What should I do before my appointment?

Is my appointment locked in?
Service & delivery dates/ times subject to changes due to many factors. We'll notify you ASAP & appreciate your flexibility.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
The cost of your initial in-person diagnotic call acts as a deposit & is applied to the total cost of repair.
Why do I need to prepay?
We require prepayment for many reasons, including to ensure our technician's costs are covered beforehand. Read details here.
When is payment due?
Payment is due at time of booking or upon receipt of invoice. Unpaid accounts incur a late fee of $10/ day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Square which accepts payment via credit/ debit card or Afterpay. We accept Venmo & cash with prior arrangement. We no longer accept checks. More info here.
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes! Earn redeemable stars with each service scheduled. We also have occasional giveways! More info here.
Do you offer shipping?
Not yet. We currently offer local pick up and delivery to Austin, TX & surrounding areas. Mileage charges apply.
What is your service area?
We're transforming outdoor spaces in Austin and Central Texas. Mileage charges apply.
What are your operating hours?
We're available for service Monday-Friday 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We're closed on weekends & holidays to spend time with family & stay fresh.
Are you kid & pet friendly?
Yes! Climbers, toys & art are all part of our kids collection. No need to hide away pets during service; we love meeting them! 🐾

Do you accept tips?
Yes! Tips for a job well done are always appreciated and may be added when paying your invoice on Square.

Yes! You can rest assured we only send safe people to your home. Our team arrives in a branded vehicle and blue hats.
