Policies & Terms of Service
Scheduling an appointment is an agreement to abide by our policies.

Payment
We require prepayment or down payments to schedule appointments. This is to ensure our technician's transportation, parts and labor are covered and to confirm details such as location, therefore avoiding delays in service. Unpaid invoices incur a $10/day late fee; we do not offer a grace period. Extended nonpayment and failure to contact will result in the filing of a mechanical lein. Please reach out to make arrangements if needed; we understand life happens and can work with you to resolve amicably.
Failure to honor our policies may result in forfeiture of your appointment and/or payment. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will still be responsible for full cost of service. Reschedules less than 12 hours in advance will be charged a change fee of $25. Rescheduling, then cancelling to avoid these policies will result in forfeiture of payment and you will not be able to reschedule.

Refunds
Payment of a diagnostic service call guarantees your spa. If we determine we can't fix it, we'll refund you the full amount (minus any mileage). Refunds are generally processed in 3-5 business days. All refunds are at the sole discretion of Londos, LLC.
We are unable to authorize refunds for cancelled appointments. Please reschedule as soon as possible to avoid last-minute change fee.
Blue Hat Commitment
We guarantee for thirty days all completed labor outlined in service form and/or payment invoice to a reasonable degree. This guarantee is VOID under the following circumstances: a third-party performs any repairs or maintenance, your balance is delinquent, or acts of nature (natural disasters, weather, critters) caused the issue. Exercise of this guarantee is at the sole discrection of Londos, LLC and we make every effort to ensure client satisfaction.
Transparency
We want you to feel informed. We account for a brief post-service run-down to explain problems or repairs, but extensive expert advice and tutorials require a seperate appointment and payment for our technician's time. This is to ensure our technicians stay on schedule and can answer your concerns with proper care and focus. Service details can be found on your invoice receipt and our booking site here.
COVID-19 Policy
We are committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all. COVID-19 spread is challenging for many people, changing day-to-day life in unprecedented ways. All sections of society – including local businesses – should play a role to protect themselves and each other and help prevent further spread of the disease. We follow the practical guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) outlined here.
It is not necessary for homeowners or tenants to be present at the time of appointments. We're fully equipped for contactless service. Please provide entry details like gate codes or access points when booking to avoid delays. Furthermore, we also offer the following precautions: self-service scheduling, virtual diagnostics, contactless service and payment. All meetings are conducted outdoors and we practice social distancing. Thank you for helping our technicians stay healthy and safe.
Photography
We reserve the right to photograph and redistribute images and videos from work sites and projects as our intellectual property. We will not include any sensitive information such as recognizable faces, addresses or license plates. To request content removal on the grounds of privacy or otherwise, contact us here.
Privacy
Londos, LLC never sells your information to third parties. Information submitted through our online systems is secure and only visible to our background-screened team. More information on cookies and privacy here.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify, delete, or add to these policies at any time, without notice, to update for accuracy, clarity, or other purposes.
